The Diamondback Tavern is a Maryland-style tavern that specializes in traditional pub fare made with the freshest local ingredients available. Chef Tom Williams buys most of his ingredients from local purveyors and puts his own unique twist on tavern classics such as Scotch Eggs, Sheppard's Pie, Fish & Chips and Bangers & Mash. In keeping true to the local theme, there is also a focus on Maryland beer and wine offerings. Guests are welcome to enjoyone of three settings: a traditional tavern, a quiet dining room or an energetic sports bar in which to dine. There is also a private party room that is perfect for large groups such as holiday parties, business meetings or celebrations.
